will arrange shipping within 1 to 3 business days after confirmation of
your order and verification of your payment information although 50% of
our items ship same day. Gifts are generally shipped using USPS or UPS.
Deliveries generally take 4-5 business days to addresses in

international orders are tax free. Keep in mind, 100% of our items ship
from the US.

Return Terms
All sales other than personalized
come with a no questions asked 30-day warranty unless advertised
differently or damaged in transit. All University items are considered personalized items since they are custom embroidered or hot pressed. We pride ourselves in delivering
excellent customer service in case something happens that is out of our
control. If the item you have ordered is defective, contact us within
the warranty period and we will arrange replacement the defective item
for you with an item of equal or greater functionality. All sales are
final. In the event that a suitable replacement is not available, a
refund will be issued in the form directly on the credit card within
one week. If damaged in transit, you must report this to us within 3
days of delivery. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
Specific terms are:
- -For
replacement, merchandise must be returned within 30 days of receipt and
in the original packaging accompanied with bill of sale.
- -Returned
items must be unused and undamaged. We carefully inspect returned items
upon receipt before issuance of refunds, credits, or exchanges.
- -Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured for the full purchase price.
- -Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted without prior arrangement.
- -A refund may be issued if replacement is not available.
- -Pick up service is not available for return merchandise.
- -Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- -All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
- -The customer pays for shipping, but will be refunded if the unit is found faulty.
- -We will inspect all returns, and it is at the management’s discretion to fix or replace and returns as appropriate.
