How soon will my order be shipped out?

Depending on our distributor, items may need up to 48 hours to be shipped out so please take this into consideration when ordering an item.

Which courier do you use to ship your items?

We use UPS, Fedex and USPS depending on which item and the size. All orders come with a tracking number to ensure safe arrival and proof of delivery.

How long will it take to receive my package?

We will need 48 hours to process the order. Once shipped out, packages usually take 4-5 business days shipping time.

Where are you located?

Our customer service center is in Montreal, Canada but all of our items ship out from experienced distributors in the U.S.A.

What payment methods do you accept?

For online ordering, we accept visa, mastercard and paypal. Over the phone -we can accept amex and discover.

What happens if an item I order is out of stock?

We try to maintain exact inventory numbers but errors do happen occasionally. We will simply e-mail you to let you know the item is out of stock and offer alternatives if needed.
